In the first part of the Interlude between Seasons 2 and 3 ("Riding The Waves"), we briefly change the perspective from Peter to his first girlfriend Zoey, delving into a tense moment in her past when her beloved grannie's sudden demise makes her reevaluate her life, dump her boyfriend, and go off to San Diego to live in a hostel, study surfing, and earn a living as a receptionist at a local tattoo parlor.
